Yes, we're located in downtown LA near the Financial, Fashion, and Jewelry Districts, as well as theaters and entertainment venues.
Do rooms come with complimentary buffet breakfast?

Do you have valet parking?
We offer valet parking only. Hourly parking is available at $18 for the first two hours and $10 for each additional hour. It’s $50 plus tax for overnight guest parking.

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport or offer any shuttle service?
No, we do not. Please contact the Front Desk if you wish to book a private airport transfer.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the hotel?
The Delphi Hotel does not require a minimum age to check in. We do require a Credit Card Guarantee from a parent or guardian for minors under the age of 18.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Standard cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival however cancellation policies may vary based on reservation type (advanced purchase or non-refundable)
What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
I booked on a website other than the official hotel website. How do I go about making a change to my reservation?
Contact the company you booked the original reservation with.
Do you have a resort or facility fee?
Yes, the destination amenity fee is $30 plus tax per room, per day. Each day, it includes a $10 daily F&B credit per room from The Delphi Lounge, Enhanced WiFi, 2 bottles of Icelandic Water, Nespresso machine upon request, along with access to all hotel amenities.
I have questions about my bill after I left the hotel. Who do I contact?
Contact the hotel directly and ask to be transferred to the Front Desk.
When will the incidental deposit be returned to me?
Incidentals will be returned based on the bank or credit card’s standard practice. Most incidentals are released within seven business days.
Does the hotel accept packages on behalf of guests?
